Contact 1.800.286.3306 and talk with our specialized service staff and they will guide you to the proper instructions on how to have your items repaired or restored. We will not quote any prices on
any work until we have the actual item(s) in our possession. Once it has been determined what needs to be done to the item, a formal written quotation will be forwarded to you. Upon your
approval to proceed with the said repairs, a fifty percent (50%) deposit is required before any work commences on the repairs/refinishing/restorations. Upon completion of the items(s)
and where possible, a before and after photograph will be taken and forwarded to you, either by email or mail carrier. The balance is payable upon completion of any/all repairs.
We accept MasterCard/Visa. Personal checks are accepted as well and sales tax will be applied to any/all items sent within the State of Connecticut or outside the state.
