Louisville, Kentucky (Derby City) is known for many things ... southern hospitality, love of sports, bourbon, the "Perfect Mint Julep" and the one and only Kentuck Derby.^® Numerous single red roses are used to create the rose garland that drapes the winning jockey and horse on that very special spring day in May.
